  The last I knew, this was a sedevacantist chapel. Not in communion with the Church and so functionally non-Catholic. They'd probably say the Church isn't in communion with them.
  If they have changed then I haven't heard about it. Bear this in mind if you are looking for a place to worship.
  A faithful Latin Mass can be found at St. Benedict's in Chesapeake.

  It being a sedevacantist chapel is what makes it Catholic. The Vatican II "Church" is not the Catholic Church. A Catholic doesn't just belief a worldwide accepted papal claimant's the pope just because a bunch of "Catholics" and the world and his wife claim the Catholic Church says he's the pope. The past 6 papal claimants couldn't be popes because heretics are not Catholic, non-Catholics are non-members of the Church, you can't be the visible head of what you're not even part of, and Vatican II and Novus Ordo go against everything the Church has ever taught. How are you gonna reject the heresies of Vatican II and Novus Ordo but accept its adherents as your leaders and still be Catholic? It makes no sense.
